REFUND POLICY
Tech Alphonic seeks to render their services to be the best at any time and to have a customer experience that meets the highest standards. They have shown transparency as well as made provisions for a cancellation and refund policy.
Project Planning and Milestones
All projects are planned in detail and broken down into milestones. This means that there is a complete discovery and analysis phase even before starting a project, and a detailed scope of work will be prepared. By doing this, both parties are allowed to understand the requirements of the project, limiting the chances of cancellation and disputes.
Refund Eligibility
Since time and effort are invested in achieving every milestone,
- No refunds are provided for work already completed.
- If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains all completed work, but future payments are void. Prior payments or deposits are non-refundable.
- Once the client approves mock-up designs and the development phase begins, no refunds will be issued.
- There are no partial refunds for work in progress during any milestone phase.
Special Offers and Marketing Services
- Limited-time promotions, such as special offers, are non-refundable or cancellable at all.
- SEO and digital marketing packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable; however, the clients may cancel after 30 days written notice.
Inactive or Abandoned Projects
We do not issue refunds against any deposits or payments made for projects that have been left stagnant or inactive for more than 30 days.
