Website Development Project

You are responsible for clearly specifying the concept and requirements for your project.
Additional changes to the project could incur extra costs and possibly change the delivery date.
You must provide all the required content and materials within the first two weeks of the project.
Tech Alphonic is under no obligation to make amendments associated with any third-party products and services used in the development of the websites.

Dedicated Resource(s)

Dedicated Resource(s) will be allocated to you along with suitable functional support staff.
The dedicated resource(s) will work on your project during Indian office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM).
You must not try to engage current or ex-staff in business without Tech Alphonic’s consent.

Hosting Service

Hosting is a yearly charge and should be paid in advance.
You shall carry the burden of renewing your hosting in good time so that you do not experience disruptions.
Tech Alphonic spares no effort in protecting its systems and servers from hackers, viruses, or any other online and offline problems.

Domains

All payments made for domain registrations and renewals are upfront.
It entails that you shall renew your domain names with us.
All domains are held in a common pool account by Tech Alphonic and therefore cannot provide access to its domain control panel.

Maintenance Plan

Maintenance packages are for a minimum term of 3 months.
Maintenance packages are charged on a quarterly basis and billed on the first day of the billed quarter.
Packages are only for minor website maintenance tasks.
Extra hours of operation will be charged at an independent rate.

Payment Terms

Only a credit card will suffice for the monthly fees of maintenance packages.
There will be an administrative fee of $25 charged to the client’s account for any delays in payment or declined credit cards.
Miss more than three times a year, and you’d risk losing that package.

Termination

If you wish to stop the auto-annual renewal, you must inform us in writing at least one month before the renewal date. Ongoing Term: You will have to pay for the remaining months’ amount in the case you decide to cancel the ongoing maintenance package for any reason.

Tech Alphonic reserves the right to terminate the annual maintenance agreement any time after sending a written notice to you.
